Wow! There’s so much to be said for taking the opportunity to grow and not being attached to the outcomes. Thanks for sharing your story.

Sage advice, Tamara, and framed in a sincere, eloquent, and playful, presentation. Your drawings and animation are very warm and effective for all ages, as well. It’s great that you are able to open up publicly in this way, as a catharsis and as an aid to others. As for your metaphorical airline pilot, as is said, “one’s attitude determines one’s altitude. All the best, Sandy

My line is” quitting does not mean walking away or opting out for good, sometimes it just means a simple change of direction” I stand by this as I quit and move on in areas of my life that need changing…Thank you!

You know they say the sexiest thing is a woman’s mind. I respect your struggle and I thank you for making me a better man with your video.

I’ve been struggling to get both teachers and administrators to understand these ideas, incorporate them into the curriculum and begin both to give mindfulness training (oftentimes much needed in this stressful day and age) to students. Thus far, the hard, bruising dictatorial ideals of a 1950’s mentality seem to be winning–but I can see small changes. Out of necessity if nothing else. Thank you for this beautiful video. Your vulnerability about failing will hopefully help each class I play this for understand that failure is simply a way to understand a better road. Thank you!
